The Thinking Football Summit announces three new speakers
Rosalía Pradillo, Pedro Mil-Homens and Michael Reschke are the new names that will join the line-up of speakers at the event, which will take place between the 18th and 20th of November 2022
The first speaker to be introduced is Rosalía Ortega Pradillo, sports arbitrator at the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), Judge of Appeal of the International Federation of Basque Ball, and President of the Sports Discipline Committee of the Royal Spanish Federation of Olympic Shooting. She is also Vice President of the Iberoamerican Institute of Sports Law (IBDD), Member of the Spanish Association of Sports Law, Member No. 4 of the National Academy of Sports Law of Brazil, and International Counsel in Spain of the Brazilian Society of Sports Law.
Pedro Mil-Homens, a well-known name in Portuguese football, is currently General Director of the Benfica Campus and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Human Motricity of the University of Lisbon (FMH-ULisboa).
With regard to Football, he was a member of the working group for the certification of Football Academies at the Portuguese Football Federation between 2015 and 2017. He was also Director of the Sporting CP Academy between 2001 and 2011. He is currently member of the Task-Force of the Youth Working Group at the European Club Association.
Last but not least, Michael Reschke is currently Head of European Football at ICM Stellar Sports, a global sports agency responsible for the career management of elite athletes. Michael works closely with ICM Stellar's European office departments, managing the sporting strategy for young players, with the aim of developing their talent and strengthening relationships with leading European clubs.
Reschke started his career as a youth coach at Viktoria Frechen and then moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen in 1979, where he represented the club until 2014, serving as a youth coach, Academy Director and Sporting Director.
In 2014, he became Technical Director at FC Bayern München, where he worked alongside coach Pep Guardiola. Between 2017 and 2019, he was Sporting Director at VfB Stuttgart, and in 2019, he was hired as Technical Director at Schalke 04, ending his duties at the club in 2021.
